The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government-funded program that provides financial support for individuals with disabilities, helping them access services and resources to live independently. The NDIS offers personalized funding based on each participant’s needs and goals, ensuring that people with disabilities receive the support they require to improve their daily living, community engagement, employment opportunities, and personal development.


The NDIS funds a wide range of services and supports, including:

  • Personal care (e.g., assistance with showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Community participation (e.g., social outings, hobbies, and skill development)
  • Respite and short-term accommodation (for participants and to support caregivers)
  • Transport assistance (to medical appointments, shopping, and social events)
  • Supported independence (developing life skills and managing daily activities)
  • Therapies and allied health services (e.g., physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy)
  • Home and living support (modifications, Supported Independent Living)

Each participant receives a personalized NDIS plan, which determines the services they can access.


To be eligible for NDIS funding, you must:
Be under 65 years old
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a special category visa
Have a permanent and significant disability that affects daily life
Require ongoing support to complete everyday activities

To apply for the NDIS, follow these steps:

  4. Attend a planning meeting with an NDIS representative to discuss your needs.

Self-managed plans (you manage your own funding)

Absolutely! Our services are person-centered, meaning you get to choose the activities and outings that matter most to you. Whether you prefer quiet outings or exciting social events, we tailor our services to fit your interests and comfort level.


If your service is NDIS-funded, costs are covered through your plan. If you’re self-funded, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of costs.


We provide services throughout Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. If you are outside these areas but interested in our services, contact us to discuss possible arrangements.


  • Contact Us – Call, email, or fill out our online form to discuss your needs.
  • Initial Consultation – We will review your NDIS plan, support requirements, and service options.
  • Service Agreement – Once we confirm the services that suit your needs, we formalise them in an agreement.
  • Match You with a Support Worker – We carefully pair you with a worker who aligns with your goals.
  • Commence Services – Support begins based on your preferred schedule.


  • Respite care offers temporary support in your home or another location to give primary caregivers a break.
  • Short-Term Accommodation (STA) provides a safe, fully supported stay in a homely environment with trained staff.


Yes! If you're unhappy with your current provider, you can switch at any time. Self-managed and plan-managed participants have full flexibility to change providers, while NDIA-managed participants must select an NDIS-registered provider.
